1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents. A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit. We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and bank transfer. All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the departure date will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a 10% administrative fee based on the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days (inclusive) before the departure date will result in a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure date are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour, including missed meals, activities, or accommodations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Liability

Hidden Adventures acts as an intermediary agent for third-party service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and local guides. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for any loss, injury, death, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience sustained by participants in connection with the services provided by these third parties. Participants are responsible for their own safety, well-being, and personal belongings throughout the duration of the tour. Hidden Adventures is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or acts of terrorism (force majeure).

4. Travel Documents

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for entry into the destination countries and for re-entry into their country of origin. Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay. Hidden Adventures is not responsible for any consequences, including denied boarding or entry, resulting from participants' failure to obtain or possess the required travel documents. Any costs associated with incomplete or incorrect documentation are the participant's responsibility.

5. Amendments

Hidden Adventures reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the tour itinerary, including accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will endeavor to notify participants of any significant changes as soon as possible. In the event of a major alteration that significantly impacts the tour, participants may be offered the choice to:

• Accept the proposed changes.
• Cancel their booking with a full refund of monies paid to Hidden Adventures.
• Transfer their booking to an alternative tour of comparable value, subject to availability.

Hidden Adventures is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants as a result of such changes (e.g., non-refundable flights).
